All merchandise—may be returned at any time by mail or to our store address.

NurZahra is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

Refund Process
Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. *No Refunds for merchandise purchased more than 2 days from the date of goods received.

Exchanges
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for reshipment of the item to you. If you exchange your original item shipping fee. We don't accept an exchange for a different item: We don't accept an exchange at NurZahra store or outlets.
